Steffi Gutschwager trained as a certified business assistant for data processing at the Vocational School of the private training Academy for Economy and Administration GmbH Berlin/Nauen. Subsequently she completed her advanced technical college entrance qualification in the field of economics and administration.

In 1999 she started working for Sauerbruch Hutton in Office Management and has now been in charge of the Finance Department and the commercial support of the HR department. Her main tasks are financial controlling and the management of the finance team.
