Jürgen Bartenschlag is a partner and has been a member of the executive management team since 2003. In addition to the overall management of process-optimized construction projects, including general planning with a focus on timber hybrid projects. He leads the firm’s internal quality and implementation management. His work is characterized by a holistic approach that gives equal consideration to sustainability, innovation, and efficiency.

Jürgen regularly shares his specialist knowledge as a conference speaker and university lecturer. Since the winter semester 2025 for “Planning in Serial and Modular Timber Construction” in the Master’s program in Architecture and Environment at Wismar University of Applied Sciences International Graduation Services (WINGS). He advocates for collaborative new project delivery and contract models and brings extensive experience with Integrated Project Alliancing (IPA). Jürgen is a member of the Berlin Chamber of Architects’ expert panel on fee and contract matters.
