Julia Knaak is a partner and co-leads the business development team. Since 2006, she has been leading large, multidisciplinary teams on complex, sustainable projects, with a particular focus on research and innovative work environments. Julia is responsible for numerous international competitions and projects, leveraging her strong intercultural competence and extensive expertise in implementing sustainable building concepts across Germany, Switzerland, and France.

Julia studied architecture in Berlin and Haifa, completing her degree at the Technical University of Berlin. She spent several years in Paris, where she gained experience at the prestigious architecture firms Renzo Piano Building Workshop and Valode & Pistre. She serves as Co-Head of Business Development for sauerbruch hutton.
