Mareike Lamm is a partner and has led many significant projects and competitions as both designer and project leader for the office since 1999. She has extensive experience in all phases of planning, from initial conceptual development to project completion. Her work focuses on residential architecture and innovative buildings for laboratories, production, and research.

Mareike regularly speaks at international conferences and universities on current trends in architecture and design. In addition to her project work, she co-leads the People and Culture team with a focus on personnel planning and recruitment. She began her career at Florian Beigel Architects in London. Mareike studied architecture at the University of Karlsruhe and the Glasgow School of Art, completing her degree at the Technical University of Karlsruhe in 1998.
