Sibylle Bornefeld is a partner and has been a project leader since 2007. In this role, she oversees a diverse range of projects from competition to completion, focusing on residential and office buildings, as well as research and educational facilities. As a specialist in timber construction, she plays a key role in the firm’s award-winning timber buildings and modular timber structures, which can be completed in an exceptionally short planning and construction timeframe.

Sibylle develops spatial modules as part of a systemic timber construction team and advocates for implementing Integrated Project Alliancing (IPA) in construction project management. She frequently shares her expertise by giving lectures on these important topics at conferences and symposia. Sibylle graduated with a degree in architecture from the Technical University of Berlin in 2005 and began her professional career in Zurich, Switzerland.
