Steffi Gutschwager is a partner at sauerbruch hutton, where she has been working since 1999. She started her career as an office manager and built the Finance Department, which she now oversees with her own team, focusing on financial controlling. Additionally, she applies her extensive experience in human resources to the People and Culture Team.

Steffi trained as a Certified Business Assistant for Data Processing at the Vocational School of the Private Training Academy for Economy and Administration GmbH in Berlin/Nauen. She then earned her advanced technical college qualification in economics and administration. In 2020, Steffi became a partner at sauerbruch hutton, bringing her wealth of expertise in finance and administration to the firm’s leadership.
