Tom Geister is a partner and has contributed his extensive experience to the firm as project manager since 1999. He leads projects from the initial development of design concepts through to the realization of projects across all planning phases. He shapes these processes in sauerbruch hutton’s distinctive dialogical process. His areas of focus include innovative work environments, educational buildings, and urban design.

In addition to his role at sauerbruch hutton, Tom served as a guest lecturer at the Berlin University of the Arts from 2013 to 2015. He regularly organizes in-house discussion events on a wide range of architectural topics, fostering creative and professional exchange within the office. After beginning his studies in Dortmund, Tom graduated from the Technische Universität Berlin in 1999.
