Bendlerblock in Berlin's Tiergarten district is an urban space with a multifaceted history. The proposal expands on the existing urban structure and focuses on reorganising the area. The Paradeplatz constitutes the project's spatial core and is centrally aligned with the stairs for state guests and the memorial dedicated to the Bundeswehr. Two concave new buildings in the north and south emphasise this central axis and translate it into a coherent architectural and structural language. A continuous circular motif characterises the overall design and is reflected in three inner courtyard configurations.
